Meat for the Master's Use

As we enter into the Christmas season and begin to focus on what the season is really all about, if not careful, the hustle and bustle associated with the season will cause us to lose focus and not reflect on its real reason. We celebrate the birth of Jesus, and it must be the center of our attention. This time of year is a great opportunity for the church to really shine as we promote the greatest story ever told.

John 3:16-17

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

If we promote this amazing truth to the world around us, if we make it top priority to allow people see Jesus in us, if we are truly mindful of the season, and our contribution to the world around us is a reflection of this hope, then we can truly be "Meat for the Master's Use."
