Meat for the Master's Use

As we continue to press toward the mark of the high calling of God, which is in Christ Jesus, I am reminded of the passage of scripture found in the first chapter of the book of Joshua. Verse 8 can be considered as instruction for a successful journey as the children of Israel are led by Joshua into the promised land. It admonishes Joshua by saying, "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." Herein our success can be found, if we follow this instruction as did Joshua, we can be successful, we can be, "Meat for the Master's Use".
